Join Lynda for an introductory
lecture and field trip
into the world of nature photography!
During this workshop, you will
learn how to make proper exposures,
use depth-of-field to your best
advantage, apply the rules of
composition to your images,
how to use your equipment, and
much more. An afternoon field
trip around the nature center
will allow you to practice these
new skills with Lynda there
to guide you. |

Do
you want to learn how to photograph
a fish underwater without getting
wet? Have you always wanted to
capture fantastic images of birds
but didn't have a long enough
lens? Now is your chance to learn
advanced techinques in nature
photography during this two part
workshop. In the morning, Lynda
will cover such topics as using
blinds, game callers, squeeze
tanks, and remotely placed cameras
as well as many other techniques
used by professionals. In the
afternoon, you will go out and
practice your new skills with
Lynda there to guide you. A few
weeks later, you will return for
a critique session to see how
you've done. Lynda will give additional
advice to help improve your photographs
even more. Handouts are included. |

discusses where to find birds,
how to attract them, and various
methods for photographing the
